Victor has decided that the best way to live in the world is to retreat to his apartment.

This gives him a unique view of life.

When he buys a telescope he finds it drags him back into other people’s lives. Lives that Victor doesn’t understand. So he sets out to do something about it. The trouble is, Victor is now mentally unqualified to help people find solutions to their lives.

What follows is a darkly humorous journey of relationships, misunderstandings, and unfortunate violence.
